The Hen House Brighton is the only house available for holiday rental in the central Brighton area that can cater for parties of up to 24 people and offers dining for 24 people along with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The house has been subject to a £250,000 refurbishment in 2010 and offers top quality accomodation for groups of friends or families wanting to go on holiday together.

The top floor has a bed room with twin single beds and a larger room with a triple bunk (double underneath a single) and a single bed and a separate shower/WC.

The first floor has a separate bathroom and a bedroom with a triple bunk (double underneath a single) and another large bedroom with a ensuite bathroom and a double bunk bed and a triple bunk (double underneath a single)

The ground floor has a large bedroom with an ensuite spa bathroom with twin sinks. The bedroom has a twin/double zip and link bed and a double bunk bed. There is a separate WC/shower room to provide extra convenience.

There is a large open plan kitchen with modern applicances including two dishwashers, a huge gas/electric range cooker/oven, a large fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and all the kitchen applicances you would expect from a luxury holiday rental.

The open plan fully fitted kitchen opens onto a large lounge area with a massive sofa which contains two double sofa beds. There is a large freeview plasma as well as other sound and entertainment systems to keep you all happy. The lounge area leads onto a delightful patio area with seating.

Off the lounge is a first floor mezzanine games area with table football and a pool/snooker table for you and your guests to enjoy..

The lower Ground floor is the dining area and has tables and seating for up to 24 guests. The dining area has a wonderful bar arrangement with a fridge and chiller. There is also a 32" Freeview flat screen TV, an Ipod dock and DVD player for your entertainment
