Tripadvisor review:

Great property for groups
5 out of 5
We booked as a group of girls for 2 of our 30th birthdays on the August Bank Holiday Weekend. The price worked out very reasonable per head compared to hotels, plus allowed us all to stay together rather than being separated into twos and threes. Our security deposit was returned immediately too and they allowed us to split this between the two birthday girls to make this easier to pay for our group. I think this property is ideal for large groups, but not advised for those who can't handle lots of stairs.

The property is located just outside of town meaning its fine to walk down to the beach, pier and marina during the day and only a couple of quid each for cabs on a night out if you don't want to walk in heels!

Everything we needed was provided at the property, plenty of glasses, mugs, a large fridge for all our bottles of wine and linen/towels. The meet & greet was straightforward, we had no delay getting into the house after a 2.5hour train journey. The number 7 bus is only a short walk from Brighton College/Hospital stops, use Google Maps to check the route or you will get lost in all the little streets otherwise.

The only downside was the showers which were not very powerful and whose temperature fluctuates when the other is in use, not a major issue but something to be aware of when there is 12 of you all trying to get ready at once and all taking even longer than normal! ;)

I would definitely recommend this house for any groups wanting to enjoy Brighton, and even more importantly, so would the other 11 girls too!
